The campground is located on the Root River Bike Trail and is close to the Root River. No reservations – first come first served. The campground is open April 15 - October 20 each year.
You can enjoy canoeing, fishing, tubing, biking, golfing and more. Restrooms, showers, dump station, fire rings, electric and water hookups. Campground is closed to the public for the Fillmore County Fair.
Museum & genealogy library. Willie's Grocery exhibit, country school house, Pietenpol hangar & aircraft, Oliver tractor collection, antique agricultural equipment, sinkhole exhibit. Near the start of the Root River Bike Trail. Open Tuesday-Saturday 9am-4pm. No admission charge to the museum.
