Effigy Mounds National Monument has miles of trails that meander past Indian burial mounds, culminating at Hanging Rock overlooking the Mississippi River. Feeling lucky? Drop in at the casino and try your hand one of the tables while aboard a river boat.
Driving south to McGregor you will pass a marina, where houseboat and pontoon rentals let you enjoy the “Mighty ‘Sip” at your leisure. How about a guided river tour for the afternoon? Once in McGregor you’ll find shops lining Main Street and buildings that date back to 1800s still standing, inviting you in with their charm. Take the drive to one of the most beautiful spots in the state of Iowa, Pikes Peak State Park.

Conveniently located 3 miles from Pikes Peak State Park, 3 miles from Effigy Mounds National Monument, 10 miles from Yellow River State Forest and 15 miles from Wyalusing State Park in Wisconsin. Our first grapes were planted in 2000 and have been producing our own wines since 2003. Our wines can be found at over 150 locations in Iowa and Wisconsin. We are Pet Friendly in the Wine Garden.

Marquette Farmers Market is held every Friday night from 4-7pm during the growing season. The first market is held on May 22nd. The market is located at the City Park under the bridge in Marquette, Iowa.
