Chef Tyler Shipton recently returned to his hometown of Lanesboro, MN after years of working oceanside in San Diego. According to Chef Tyler, his “family has been here since before the railroad came through town”.
Juniper’s is named after Chef Tyler and his partner, Ame’s daughter Juniper.
The restaurant is a cozy space with two balconies, a patio, and a deck overlooking the Root River.
